Brabham Estate has been crowned Western Australia's most waterwise new land project
The award forms an integral component of the Waterwise Development Program initiated by the Water Corporation. This program aims to assist developers in incorporating
top-tier water efficiency standards during the planning and execution phases of new land developments.
One of the ways we can help combat these impacts is by designing and building homes that maximise energy efficiency, conserve water, and use environmentally friendly building products. Sustainable homes aren't just great for the environment - they lower bills, increase property value and are naturally comfortable to occupy despite external temperatures.
Simone McGurk, Water Minister
