Cardinia Lakes captures the best of south-east Melbourne living – convenient city access within a relaxed hillside setting. Named Victoria’s best residential development over 250 lots by the Urban Development Institute of Australia in 2012, Cardinia Lakes is a place to picnic, play and relax with friends overlooking an expansive (Peet-constructed) lakeside precinct. More than 700 people now call Cardinia Lakes home and enjoy strolling the open spaces, stopping off at the neighbourhood shopping centre and meeting neighbours at the local kindergarten, which are all part of the close-knit community that is Cardinia Lakes.

New approach at Quattro

Big things can be achieved in small places when we work together. Wander the streets of Quattro: The New Queens Park and you’ll see how. Our multi-award winning project with the WA Department of Housing, in collaboration with the Town of Victoria Park, totally revitalised a degraded 1950s public housing estate into a showcase for affordable housing and social and environmental sustainability. Now home to more than 300 people, you’ll find pockets of preserved bushland and sustainable homes that were well before their time and a product of the sustainable approach that led home design at Quattro, and educated future generations about sustainable living into the future.

Visit Warner Lakes and you’ll find a place where generations share a common address; buyers own multiple properties; and residents genuinely love their neighbourhood. Our first residential estate in Queensland, Warner Lakes was named the State’s Best Residential Subdivision by the Urban Development Institute of Australia in 2011. It’s a place where more than 1,500 people have come together into a close-knit community on land that was farmland – where you can explore 13.5 hectares of rehabilitated creek flats and wetlands, several parks and an expansive lake.
