To be eligible for the ballot you will need to complete a Registration Form and return it to us by email by 5pm Monday 7 February 2022. We will confirm your appointment time for the Sales Release day. Lots range from 455m2 to 822m2 (average 523m2). Settlement is anticipated for January - April 2023, giving you time to plan your new build.
