NEW TERRACE HOMES A HIT WITH BUYERS

Singles, couples, first home buyers, retirees, downsizes and investors have swooped up the first terrace homes at Googong, following an exclusive release to members on our mailing list. A limited number of chic and functional designs were sold off the plan on Saturday 27 September to those who had registered their interest for a mix of two and three bedroom designs.

Priced from $341,000, five different floor plans plus two unique designs were part of the first release with buyers able to choose from three different interior-designed colour schemes.

“By holding a VIP Information Session earlier in the month, prospective buyers were able to get a sneak peek of the terrace designs on offer and have all of their questions answered by the Googong team,” said Sharon Feist, Googong sales consultant. “It’s fantastic that the majority of buyers were able to secure their first choice, in particular those that had been waiting for almost two years,” she said. “ We even had one very happy mother and daughter duo buy next door to each other”.

More terrace homes have now been released to the market, which in the first instance will be promoted directly to the Googong database.
