GOOGONG END OF YEAR UPDATE, 2011

It's not every day that a whole new township is created.

Googong is the result of ten years of studies, consultations, investigations, hopes and dreams, which are now becoming a reality. And you can be a part of it as it evolves into a lively community.

2011 closes off most of the key planning milestones and approvals for the new township, and we are very excited to advise that we will be progressing with the first land release at Googong in February 2012.

Civil works will also commence early next year, and our first residents should expect to move in around mid 2013.
