The outdoors life. Your life
If you have a love for nature, the wider Flagstone community has got you covered.
With a range of activities for you and your family, or adventures with friends you'll find a range of nearby parks and bushlands, hiking trails, our very own dog park with a water section for our little best friends.
Central Park
A regional size park of 10-12ha is currently under construction.
This park will be a reason for the local area to travel to this park and will be a major destination and activity generator. Future play equipment will cater for all ages and abilities.
Dog Park - Splash and Play
The dog park is the first element in a massive regional park being developed in the centre of the future Flagstone CBD. The $6 million reserve covers 10 hectares and will take four years to complete. The new park has been designed to be as much fun for people as it is for puppies.
Traditional training gear, such as hoops, are accompanied by innovative play equipment like tennis ball trees made of locally felled tree stumps. In one section, spouts of water shoot from the ground at the push of a button and dog tunnels weave through cave-like heaped rocks.
Tamborine National Park
Just a short drive from Flagstone you'll find Tamborine National Park where you keen sneak glimpses of the Pacific Ocean and Gold Coast skyline to the east and national parks of the Scenic Rim to the west.
