Make it Yours!

Get more out of life at Flagstone, a masterplanned community. Live in a safe and friendly environment where neighbours regularly come together to have fun and share in activities like markets, movie nights and sporting events. Flagstone has been carefully planned to make the most of its beautiful natural setting, native bushland and existing creeks.
You'll also be only a stones throw away from established educational facilities, and existing town centres Jimboomba and Greenbank are only a short drive away. A cappuccino at the local café, a bike ride through natural bush trails, letting Rex loose at the dog park. Any of this could be your start to the day. A day that can then be filled with working in the nearby city centre, catching up with neighbours at the park, walking your kids to school around the corner, a spot of grocery shopping and winding down over a glass or two at the local. All within ten minutes of each other.
Brisbane and the Gold Coast are less than an hour’s drive away, and even closer are the existing town centres of Jimboomba, Greenbank and Browns Plains. Solitude or social, rest times or energetic activity, life is anything but boring at Flagstone.

The Social Life

Flagstone offers entertainment options of every kind. From outdoor markets and performances to chats in cosy cafes. If you’re looking more for a city buzz, then Flagstone City Centre will be home to a selection of bars and restaurants.
A quick catch-up with friends, and intimate restaurant dinner, or shouting a round or two in a tavern, all is within easy reach at Flagstone. Of course if you prefer it, there are plenty of parks and community areas to share a picnic or barbecue in too. Or grab some take-away for a catch up with friends next door.
Quiet night out, or party time, Flagstone suits all tastes.

The Park Life

There are 330 hectares allocated to open space at Flagstone. Space which is integrated with surrounding preserved bushland, and accommodating community meeting places with barbecues and seating areas, playgrounds, green expanses, waterways and even a specially designed dog park. There’s nothing better than getting out and about in a community where every neighbour is a friend.
Flagstone’s design is all about getting people together within each district, and throughout the whole area. Local parks, sports grounds and playgrounds, and wide walkable and cyclable paths connect families and friends at any time of the day. Your furry friends aren’t neglected either, with two specially designed dog parks providing tunnels, water fountains and built-in toys for hours of endless tail wagging play.
And then there’s the skate plaza and basketball courts for the young and young-at-heart, both located close to an amphitheatre for even more outdoor entertainment and community events.

The Outdoor Life

The beautiful natural environment is one of Flagstone’s greatest assets, and we are respectfully making the most of it.
Quiet contemplation by a creek might be your thing. Or perhaps you like to get a bit more adventurous hiking through trails or mountain bike riding.
While we are creating access to the natural environment that is integral to healthy Flagstone living, we are also very consciously protecting it. Four natural waterways are being enhanced and preserved, and 8- hectares of natural habitat is being conserved as the rightful home to native plants and animals.
At Flagstone nature’s special beauty is right on your doorstep for the appreciation of many generations to come.

The Connected Life

Wheels of all kinds have a place at Flagstone – from skateboards, to bicycles to cars to buses and trains, you can move freely to and from your new home. The whole Flagstone community is connected through walkways, pathways, wide roads and open spaces.
We can’t imagine any reason you’d want to leave, but the established areas of Jimboomba, Greenbank and Browns Plains are a short drive away. Slightly further afield, and readily accessible through major highways, are the Park Ridge, Logan Central and North Maclean areas, with Brisbane and the Gold Coast each only an hour’s drive away.
Excitingly the interstate train line which currently passes through Flagstone,  and around which Flagstone Central will be built, is planned to be part of the South-East Queensland suburban rail network.
