We are pleased to advise that Moreton Bay Regional Council has sealed the Survey Plans for East Village Release 1 & 2, also known as Stage 12A at Riverbank. The plans have now been lodged with the Department of Natural Resources and Mines for title registration and are expected to be registered in mid August.

Title registration is the final step prior to the settlement of your land. Upon registration, your solicitor will be advised of the exact settlement date in accordance with your contract of sale.
