Submission of Plans for Approval

As part of the protective covenants and to comply with the terms and conditions of your fencing and landscaping package, all house plans need to be submitted for Peet’s approval prior to commencing construction. Please ensure the site plan, floor plan and elevations are sent to: rcmwa@bigpond.com.

Stormwater Management

The Developer has installed a stormwater lot connection pit on or beside each lot. No soakwell is required, however each lot requires a direct connection from the roof downpipes to the lot connection pit.  In some cases, the pit is shared with the adjoining lot.  Please refer to your lot plan for information.
