Nerf Wars 

We are exited to bring Flagstone aged students an activity that will allow them to get outside these school holidays. Nerf Wars will be hosted by Zoccer Sports Pty Ltd, who coordinate the team battles that will be well organised outdoor activity of team work and strategy to come out on top!

 

WHEN:  Monday 29 June 2020
WHERE:  Flagstone Football Oval, Flagstonian Drive, Flagstone
TIME:  Two sessions (Session 1, 1pm to 2pm & Session 2, 2.30pm to 3.30pm)

Booking is essential, maximum 18 participants per session, school aged students.  Due to the COVID-19 rules and regulations, everyone in attendance must have a ticket to ensure capacity is not exceeded.  Participants are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to session.  Parents welcome to drop off and collect at entrance. 

HOW TO BOOK

To book your space email info@zoccersports.com.au, with "FLAGSTONE - NERF" in the subject line, please advise how many participants you are booking for and age range.  Depending on numbers we may have a younger and older sessions.  Organisers will send you a confirmation if you secured a spot.  You will be sent waivers, game rules and information sheets to read and complete prior to participating.

Please note you will not be able to participate if you are unwell or in the past 14 days been in contact with any confirmed/suspected COVID-19 cases or traveled internationally you are not to attend. Thank you for your understanding.

Nerf Wars basics, throughout the session, players can expect to play a mix of fun and cool Nerf Games.

TEAMS & GAME LENGTH

Teams are split into two
Games vary in length but generally go for 2 – 5 minutes


GAME RULES
Protective Glasses – Glasses must be worn at all times
Stay in Play – Players must stay in the area of play during games.
No Shooting in-­between games – Players must not shoot their guns when games are not in play
Whistle -­ When the whistle is blown, the game must stop immediately.
Hits – If a player gets hit, play fair. Players must put their hand in the air and walk to the quarantine area

 

GAME ENFORCEMENT
The Referee’s decision is final. Poor conduct is not tolerated.

 

GAME INPLAY
• Players MUST keep protective glasses on at all times.
• Players must stay in the area of play to stay in the game. If players step out, it’s considered a hit.
• Players must be careful when running with guns not to hit another player or trip
• No contact is allowed with other players

• If a player shoots another and they stay in play the referee must be told.
