Deadline looming for grant reduction

Developers are throwing everything they have got at first home buyers ahead of the looming reduction of the $20,000 grant.

The Queensland First Home Owners’ Grant will reduce to $15,000 after June 30, with builders and developers offering everything from low or no deposit packages to free upgrades and reduced prices to entice buyers.
