Led by South Australian independent retail group Commercial Retail Group with national property developer Peet Limited and local developer Buildtec, this consortium of partners will bring this long-dormant Forestville site to life through a $250 million project. The construction of the entire project is expected to commence in 2024, with homes and retail uses not open until around 2026.
