To mark National Reconciliation Week 2026, Peet teams across the country recently participated in a series of immersive activities designed to support ongoing cultural learning and connection.
The week formed an important part of Peet’s commitment under its Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), which focuses on acknowledging and celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, while fostering a workplace grounded in respect, understanding and continuous learning.

Throughout the week, our teams participated in a range of meaningful experiences that highlighted the richness of Indigenous cultures and traditions. Activities included paint your own boomerang workshops led Aboriginal Cultural Immersions, and weaving workshops facilitated by Southern Cultural Immersion.
Our Canberra team welcomed Yerrabingin, an Aboriginal-owned studio providing Designing with Country services in the built environment.
Each activity was grounded in cultural storytelling and offered meaningful opportunities for connection and learning.

These shared experiences play a key role in strengthening cultural awareness across the business and reinforcing Peet’s commitment to building meaningful relationships and contributing to a more inclusive future.
Peet remains dedicated to progressing its reconciliation journey and continuing to create opportunities for learning, engagement and respect across all areas of the business.
