Peet’s Woodville Road community, delivered in partnership with Renewal SA, has officially reached final settlement – marking the successful completion of a thoughtfully designed, connected, and inclusive residential precinct.

Located in St Clair, the 3.7 hectare site has been transformed into a vibrant neighbourhood that balances modern living with generous green space, all within easy reach of the Adelaide CBD.

Surrounded by mature trees and landscaped environments, the community offers a peaceful setting without compromising on connectivity.

Woodville Road has been carefully designed to prioritise open space and liveability. More than 30% of the site is dedicated to landscaped parklands, with every home positioned within 100 metres of high-quality green space. This design approach creates a cohesive environment that promotes outdoor living, wellbeing, and a strong sense of community.

The development features a mix of architecturally designed residences, including 2-4 bedroom Torrens titled terrace homes and 1-3 bedroom apartments. With a variety of sizes and price points, the community has been shaped to meet the needs of a diverse range of residents, from first home buyers and young families through to downsizers.

A defining feature of Woodville Road is its strong commitment to housing affordability. The project has delivered 84 homes, representing 45% of the total development, as affordable housing. This is three times higher than the proportion typically required by the State Government.

Of these, 44 affordable homes were marketed through HomeSeeker, enabling a wide range of buyers to enter the property market, while community housing provider Junction has purchased 40 homes which will be used as affordable rentals.

Woodville Rd also offered the Shared Equity initiative in collaboration with HomeSeeker, aimed at making homeownership more attainable and helping homebuyers enter the market. Through HomeStart, eligible homebuyers receive a secondary loan under Shared Equity, boosting their borrowing power and providing an interest-free and repayment-free loan of up to 25% of the purchase price.

Woodville Road shows what’s possible when government and industry work together with purpose to create connected, future-focused and inclusive communities where more people can experience a genuine sense of belonging.
