As part of the restrictive covenants to comply with the terms and conditions of your fencing and landscaping package, all house plans need to be submitted for Peet’s approval prior to commencing construction. This is to ensure the plans comply with any conditions associated with the lot.
The review panel will need to be sent the following information:
- A copy of the site plan (include all fencing and driveway)
- Floorplan
- Roof plan and elevations showing location of all ancillary items
- Annotated colour and materials schedule with samples (including letterbox)
- Landscape plan
