Please ensure all fields in this Expression of Interest (EOI) are completed accurately and all required acknowledgements are accepted. Any EOI that is incomplete, inaccurate or submitted other than through the prescribed online EOI form may not be considered.

Submission of an EOI does not create a binding agreement to sell or purchase a Lot, does not constitute an offer by Peet or the applicant, and does not reserve or secure a Lot.

The EOI process will open at 10:00am on Thursday 30 July and close at 10:00am on Friday 31 July (EOI Period). Only EOIs submitted during the EOI Period via the online EOI form will be considered.

Following the close of the EOI Period, Peet will review all EOIs and, at its discretion, select applicants to proceed in the sales process (Successful Applicants). Where multiple applicants are eligible to proceed, Lots will be allocated and Successful Applicants will be contacted in the order that valid EOIs are received during the EOI Period. Peet will commence contacting Successful Applicants by telephone from 9:30am on Saturday 1 August using the contact details provided in their EOI.

Being identified as a Successful Applicant does not create a binding agreement to sell or purchase a Lot, does not constitute an offer by Peet or the applicant, and does not guarantee that a Lot will be allocated to the applicant.

To proceed with a Lot allocation, a Successful Applicant must, during Peet’s initial telephone contact:
– provide details of their nominated solicitor or conveyancer;
– pay a $1,000 holding deposit in the manner directed by Peet; and
– provide any other information reasonably requested by Peet.

A Successful Applicant must also:
– sign the electronic contract of sale provided by Peet; and
– pay the balance of the required 5% deposit, by Wednesday 5 August, or such later date as Peet may determine in its absolute discretion.

A Successful Applicant will cease to be eligible to proceed with the purchase of a Lot if they:
– do not respond to Peet’s telephone calls; two call attempts will be made before we move onto the next applicant;
– fail to provide a nominated solicitor or conveyancer and the required $1,000 holding deposit when requested;
– fail to sign the electronic contract of sale by the required date;
– fail to pay the balance of the 5% deposit by the required date; or
– otherwise fail to comply with any requirements notified by Peet in connection with the EOI process.

Peet reserves the right to proceed to the next applicant if contact cannot be established after two telephone call attempts.

If a Successful Applicant ceases to be eligible, Peet may, in its absolute discretion, offer the relevant Lot to another applicant.

Peet reserves the right, at any time and in its absolute discretion, to amend, vary, suspend or terminate the EOI process, extend or shorten any timeframe, reject any EOI, or otherwise determine the manner in which Lots are allocated. Peet is not obliged to allocate a Lot to any applicant or to provide reasons for any decision made in connection with the EOI process.
