Peet’s Forestville community in South Australia has achieved outstanding recognition at the UDIA South Australia Awards for Excellence 2026, winning the prestigious Marketing Excellence Award.
The award recognises the exceptional marketing campaign behind Forestville, celebrating the strategy, creativity and execution that helped bring the community’s vision to life and establish it as one of South Australia’s most exciting new residential destinations.

Located just minutes from the Adelaide CBD, Forestville offers architecturally designed luxury apartments and terrace homes with rooftop views, alongside opportunities to live, work, shop, dine and connect.
Designed to be more than just a place to live, Forestville is a community where people can truly belong. Championing wellbeing and celebrating every facet of life, it has been thoughtfully created as a vibrant lifestyle destination for residents and visitors alike.
At the heart of the vision is The Agora, meaning “Assembly Place”, which will serve as Forestville’s vibrant town centre and gathering place. Bringing people together through food, culture and shared experiences, it reflects the community’s commitment to connection and everyday interaction.
Forestville is also home to several industry-leading initiatives, including an Australian-first Green School and South Australia’s first rooftop Urban Farm, creating opportunities for learning, sustainability and deeper connections with the local environment.
This achievement is a testament not only to the strength of the marketing campaign, but also to the quality of the project itself and the dedication, expertise and collaboration of everyone involved in bringing the vision to life.

In Western Australia, Golden Bay, delivered in partnership with DevelopmentWA, was named a finalist in the Masterplanned Community category at the UDIA WA Awards for Excellence 2026.
Golden Bay is an established beachside community in Perth’s growing southern corridor, designed to support connected and active living. Residents enjoy access to parks and playgrounds, schools and shops, sporting and leisure facilities, cafés and restaurants, as well as convenient road and rail connections to Mandurah, Rockingham and Perth.
Being recognised in the Masterplanned Community category reflects the ongoing success of Golden Bay as a lifestyle-focused community where more than 1,000 residents enjoy the benefits of a connected, coastal way of life, supported by thoughtful planning and a long-term vision for community creation.

Congratulations to the Peet team, consultants and project partners behind our Forestville and Golden Bay communities. These recognitions reflect the passion, expertise and collaboration that bring great communities to life.
Thank you to the Urban Development Institute of Australia for recognising these achievements and celebrating excellence across the industry.
