One Foot Forward is back this October and Shorehaven Primary School – P&C is stepping up!
Organised by Black Dog Institute, One Foot Forward is a free virtual challenge encouraging everyone to walk, run or roll throughout October in support of the 1 in 5 Australians who experience a mental illness each year.
It’s an opportunity to prioritise your own wellbeing while raising vital funds for mental health research, support services and programs that make a real difference.
This year, the Shorehaven Primary School P&C team is leading the charge, with a community goal of raising $2,000 and they’re inviting you to get involved.
To help make every step count, there are some great incentives on offer including $250 for the Shorehaven participant who raises the most funds and $250 for the person who logs the most kilometres. Plus, if our Shorehaven community collectively raises $2,000, Peet will contribute an additional $500 to the fundraising total!
