    Landscaping Your Home

    Each lot at South includes a Landscape Bonus Rebate, payable once your front garden landscaping has been completed in accordance with the estate requirements within 2 years of your land settlement date.

    To claim your rebate, submit:

    • Photos of the completed front landscaping, and
    • The signed landscaping checklist confirming all required items have been completed (located within the Design Guidelines included in your land contract).

    Please email your submission to the South Encumbrance Team for review: south.encumbrances@peet.com.au

    Once approved, you will receive a payment form to provide your bank account details, and the rebate will be paid directly to you.

    Project Timeline

    The estimated date of completion for South, including civil works and public landscaping is 2030.
