Here's how it works
- The listing price is $379,000;
- You pay only $341,000* (or 90%) at settlement with no more to pay until you decide to sell your home;
- As you will own the home, Stamp Duty is payable by you on the full price, but we will reimburse you the difference at settlement - so effectively you'll only pay 90%;
- You enter into an Agreement to repay Secure Living 10% of the resale price of the property when you sell in the future;
- You have the option of repaying the 10% at any time based on a current valuation;
- Absolutely no interest is payable by you on Secure Living's 10%;
- You own the title to the property 100%;
- On settlement of the resale of your home, we receive 10% of the resale price;
- Exit fees payable by you under the Lifestyle Agreement when you leave are calculated based on your 90% share only.
