The Glendalough Green vision is soon be a reality. Stage 1 is almost complete, and our new community is coming to life.
We are thrilled to announce the completion of the first townhouses in Stage 1. After months of construction we are proud to be welcoming our very first residents to their new homes soon.

For those who have been watching the development progress from afar, the wait to visit the commnuity will soon be over. The site fences will be removed and access open to residents from late June.
Additionally, our first display home is expected to be opening its doors next month. The premium fixtures and finishes you will see in the display home are the same standard delivered across all our townhouses, giving you an exact preview of the Glendalough Green lifestyle.
Explore Your New Backyard
To help our community connect with the beautiful natural environment that makes this location so special, all new residents will receive a complimentary annual family pass to the Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre. It is a fantastic facility to explore and learn more about the beautiful local wetlands on our doorstep.
Future Stages
Construction momentum remains strong across the rest of the development. We are pleased to report that Stages 2 and 3 are progressing on track to meet our upcoming completion targets later this year and next.
