No changes are allowed prior to handover. All townhouses are built to the same high specification to ensure quality and consistency across the community. As Glendalough Green is survey strata, you are free to customise the interior after settlement if you choose.

You own the land and building, allowing more freedom for renovations or extensions, subject to Council approval.

Lower ongoing costs
With minimal or no common property, strata fees are typically lower than traditional strata schemes.

Simplified maintenance
You’re responsible for your own lot, reducing reliance on a strata company. Front landscaping and the communal BBQ and play area maintainance is included in your strata fees.

Clear boundaries
Lot boundaries are defined by land surveys, not building structures, providing clarity on ownership.

Appeal to buyers
Survey strata properties often attract a broader market due to their flexibility and independence.

Buying off the plan lets you secure a brand new townhouse at today’s price, before construction is complete.

The price is fixed at the time of contract, and you do not make progress payments. A $50,000 deposit is paid upfront, with the remaining amount due at settlement.

As construction progresses, demand tends to increase and townhouses may be entirely sold out before completion.

There are three solar upgrade options available for your townhouse at Glendalough Green:

Standard PV System
Choose from 3kW or 5kW solar panels connected to a standard inverter.

Hybrid Inverter System (Battery Ready)
Choose from 3kW or 5kW solar panels connected to a hybrid inverter that is battery-ready. The battery is not included and can be installed after handover by the owner.

PV System with Tesla Battery
5kW solar panels connected to a 13.5kWh Tesla battery storage system, providing integrated solar and battery capability from day one.

All systems are from the builder’s standard range. Availability is subject to final design and construction timing.
