Civil works are well underway on Stage 1, and from up here you can already begin to see where the streets will run, and where future neighbours will wave to each other.
What’s happening on site
Crews are shaping the land and laying the groundwork for the streets, services and infrastructure that will support the first homes and display village at South.
Works across the remaining stages will begin shortly, with all civil works and public landscaping for the whole project expected to be complete in 2030.
