5:00pm | WALK
Meet at the Flagstone Community Centre and head off together for a community walk.
6:00pm | CONNECT
Return to the Centre for a free sausage sizzle cooked by Flagstone Blokes, plus a cuppa and something sweet. Not walking? No problem – join us from 6:00pm.
6:30pm | TALK
Hear local resident Jae share his personal mental health journey, followed by a Black Dog Institute video and information about free resources available through the Peet Mental Health Hub.
7:30pm | FINISH
Join us for the whole evening or simply come along for the part that suits you.
