It's certainly been a big year for us, and we are excited to see what the future holds for our community.
We will be taking a short break over the Christmas period. Please note that our Sales Centre will be closed from 22 December and will re-open on 2 January.

Marina Mindarie 2024 NYE Fireworks

Celebrate the arrival of 2024 at The Marina Mindarie's Burns Beach Estate NYE Fireworks on Sunday, December 31, starting from 3 pm. This free, family-friendly event, supported by Burns Beach Estate and the City of Wanneroo, offers entertainment at onsite venues like The Indi, The Boat, and Life Boat. Additionally, there's a ticketed Copacabana event at the Cabana (details coming soon). The highlight of the evening is the fireworks display at around 8:30 pm. Join us for an enjoyable New Year's Eve celebration as we welcome 2024 in style.

Burns Beach NYE Fireworks 2022

After a forced three year hiatus, The Marina Mindarie are excited to announce the Burns Beach Estate 2022 NYE Fireworks!
This is a FREE, family-friendly event held at The Marina, Mindarie. For those who wish to see in the New Year with us, there will be a fantastic range of entertainment at the onsite venues – The Indi, The Boat, Life Boat and the exclusive ticketed White Party at the Cabana.
Fireworks will be starting from 8.30pm. Get there early to secure your spot with the best view.

Burns Beach recognised in top industry honours

Burns Beach has been named 2021’s best Residential Development at the prestigious Urban Development Institute of Australia’s (UDIA) WA Awards for Excellence.
"The Estate is an example of the excellent implementation of a robust master plan that embodies both established techniques and innovative planning and design ideas. It goes to the heart of what land development is all about, a long-term vision that with hard work, patience and commitment can deliver a quality project," The Judges said.
Designed around a central-spine boulevard which strategically facilitates panoramic views of the ocean, visually connecting people to the coastaline from a significant distance inland.
Burns Beach Rocks, an emergent limestone reef, is another key visual focus point for the estate. The design of the project's latter stages will take advantage of the view of the coast and extensive bushland.
Burns Beach sponsoring The Marina Swim's 2.5km Pub to Pub Event for Second Year!

Hosted in the calm waters of The Marina Mindarie, The Marina Swim is back for its third year, and sure is set to be bigger than ever! Swimmers will be able to experience open water swimming without exposure to the ocean's elements. This year there will be three races to choose from, perfect for all levels of experience.
The fun doesn't stop there! As The Marina Swim is the final event of Swimming WA's Open Water Swim Series, a range of events will also follow the races:
- Food and drinks stalls will be open throughout the afternoon on The Boardwalk
- Presentations and awards to be held at The Pavillion from 5.15pm
- Pool party at Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ
- Kids activities at Life Boat
Burns Beach Estate is a proud sponsor of the 2.5km Pub to Pub - an endurance swimming event that commences at The Marina Mindarie.

Burns Beach playgrounds re-opened!

In accordance with the State Government's recent update on Phase 3 of eased COVID-19 restrictions, we are pleased to share with you that all playgrounds at Burns Beach have now been re-opened!
Please note that social distancing rules still apply, and we recommend that you practice good hygiene by washing or sanitising your hands both before and after using play equipment.
Looking for a spot for the kids to run off some steam this week? Why not take them to McIntyre Park, where their imagination can run wild amongst the pirate-themed play equipment. Or if you have a little more relaxation in mind, you can enjoy a lazy BBQ this weekend at Beachside Park, taking advantage of the panoramic views overlooking the stunning Indian Ocean.
Build and Save up to $55,000* towards your new home!

WA Premier Mark McGowan has just announced a further $20,000 Building Bonus between June 4, 2020 and Dec 31, 2020 to build a home.
This is on top of the $25,000* federal HomeBuilder grant that was announced on June 4 2020 as well as the $10,000* First Home Owners Grant. So, Western Australians who are eligible for the Commonwealth HomeBuilder grant could receive up to $55,000* in bonuses!
Plus – if you’re a first homebuyer:
- With the WA Stamp Duty Concessions, that means you could qualify for up to a HUGE $69,440* in benefits!
- And, if you need to borrow over 80% of your property value, you can apply for the First Home Loan Deposit Scheme and avoid paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI).

Peet Welcomes HomeBuilder Grant

The Federal Government has revealed its HomeBuilders scheme which will provide $25,000 to eligible Australians to build or renovate their home.
What is it? The new grant will give Australian home buyers access to a $25,000 grant to go towards the cost of building a new home up to the value of $750,000, or to assist with renovations of between $150,000 and $750,000.*
What does this mean? If you’ve been planning on building or renovating your home, now is the time to do so! Imagine how a $25,000 grant could help with your new home purchase. The grant comes into effect immediately and is available to couples with a combined income of less than $200,000 per year and individuals earning less than $125,000 per year.
Why now? The HomeBuilder is available for a limited time, so if you’ve been considering purchasing a new home, it is the perfect time to start that process now. HomeBuilder requires contracts to be signed between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020, and construction to commence within three months of the contract signing.

Burns Beach Display Homes have re-opened their doors!

In accordance with the recent state government announcement, we are pleased to announce that all homes in the Burns Beach Display Village have now re-opened their doors!
Under the new government guidelines, they will be welcoming groups of up to 10 people at a time, as well as offering you the opportunity to book private viewing appointments outside of their opening hours. Please note that social distancing rules still apply.
Our Display Village features a selection of luxury single and double homes which effortlessly compliment the relaxed coastal lifestyle that we have on offer at Burns Beach.

An update - playground closures.

In line with the latest Government restrictions to slow the spread of COVID-19, we are writing to advise that all playgrounds, skate parks and outdoor gyms will be closed across all Peet communities. When utilising open spaces for exercise, social distancing and maximum numbers do apply.
We understand how important these community facilities are to everyone and that they will be dearly missed, and we thank you for doing your part and adhering to the Government's guidance.

Exciting School News for Burns Beach

A brand-new Primary School is coming to Burns Beach in 2022!
This week, the State Government announced construction for Burns Beach Primary School (planning name) will commence in late 2020.
Located on Burns Beach Road, the new school is set to officially open for students in 2022.
Burns Beach Primary School will accommodate 430 students in permanent classrooms for kindergarten through to year six.
As the Burns Beach community continues to grow, this new and exciting school will help relieve enrolment pressure at the nearby Beaumaris Primary School
Peet is thrilled with the announcement which will ensure the local community has convenient access to a range of quality education options.
