In order to protect the quality presentation and atmosphere of our unique area, Peet has prepared a serious of home design guidelines. these will assist you in selecting the right home to maximise your investment and complement the overall character of the neighbourhood.
Submission of Plans for Design Approval
As part of the covenant all house plans need to be submitted for Peet's approval prior to commencing construction. This is to ensure the plans comply with any conditions associated with the lot.
