Mr Wall was appointed to the Board of Peet Limited in August 2023, and as Chairman in October 2024, with over three decades of executive experience in retail and commercial banking and financial services. He is currently a member of Peet’s Audit and Risk Management, People, Culture & Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
He was the former State Manager of Challenge Bank, CEO of StateWest, Managing Director of Home Building Society Ltd and Group CEO of Capricorn.
Mr Wall has extensive experience as a non-executive director including Automotive Holdings Group, Gold Estates (1903) Ltd and International Cooperative Alliance. He has also been Chairman of Freo Group and of Business Council of Cooperatives and Mutuals.
He also has experience as director of community and not for profits such as WA Football Commission, Fremantle Football Club, Ear Science Institute and Edith Cowan University and was Chairman of the Australian Secretariat of United Nations International Year 2012 and of the Margaret River Wine Association.
Mr Lennon joined Peet in 1991 and became a Director in 1996.
He moved to Victoria to establish Peet’s operations in Australia’s eastern states and oversaw significant expansion. He is a member of Peet’s Nomination and Audit and Risk Management Committees.
Before joining the Company, Mr Lennon worked in the United Kingdom, working for major international construction and
development company, John Laing PLC. His time with this global company saw him gain valuable experience in property planning, marketing, feasibility analysis and project management.
Mr Lennon’s responsibilities during his career with Peet included project management, broadacre acquisitions, marketing and financing and a six-year term as Chairman of one of WA’s largest conveyancing businesses.
Until his transition from Executive to Non-executive Director, Mr Lennon was Peet Limited’s National Business Development Director.
He is Chairman of Habitat for Humanity (Vic). Part of a worldwide organisation, it is a registered charity which assists low-income families into affordable home ownership and out of the rental market by providing zero interest mortgages.
Mr Lennon is also a director of The Duke of Edinburgh Awards (Vic).
Ms Kennedy, appointed to the Board in August 2023, is an experienced non-executive director currently holding non-executive director roles on the boards of Hobart International Airport Limited, Challenger Retirement and Investment Services Limited and AMOG Holdings Pty Ltd.
She is currently Chairman of Peet’s People, Culture & Remuneration Committee and a member of its Audit & Risk Management and Nomination Committees.
Ms Kennedy was previously a director of Senex Energy Limited from April 2021 until its delisting in April 2022, and has over 30 years’ experience holding various executive roles for Shell Australia, Viva Energy Australia and Viva Energy REIT (now Waypoint REIT) where she led the public listing and was the inaugural CEO.
She is a non-executive director of Loreto Ministries Limited, including its wholly owned subsidiary Property LM Limited. Loreto Ministries is a not-for-profit public company responsible for the governance of a number of schools in Australia.
Ms Kennedy is also a non-executive director of Women’s Property Initiatives, which is a Victorian based not for profit developing, owning and providing long-term stable housing to women and children in need.

Appointed to the Board in August 2023, Ms Tierney has more than 30 years’ experience in the property industry as a board member and senior executive across Australian Securities Exchange and New Zealand Stock Exchange organisations.
Ms Tierney’s experience within the property sector includes in disciplines such as funds management, real estate investment, property and asset management, general management, transformation, strategy development and execution and sustainability.
She is currently a member of Peet’s Audit & Risk Management, People, Culture & Remuneration and Nomination Committees, and is also currently a non-executive director of Stride Property Group, Growthpoint Properties Australia and Sydney Water.
Ms Tierney is a non-executive director of Cotton Research and Development Corporation (CRDC). The CRDC is focussed on enhancing the performance of the Australian cotton industry through investing in research and development, and its application.
She is a non-executive nominee director representing H.E.S.T.A. Australia Limited as trustee for HESTA on the board of Assemble HoldCo Pty Ltd, a developer and manager of social and affordable housing projects.
Ms Tierney is also a non-executive director of Uniting NSW.ACT, one of the largest not-for-profit organisations in Australia offering over 550 services across NSW and the ACT in the areas of aged care, retirement and independent living, early learning, disability, chaplaincy and community services.
Ms Tierney is a member of the Property Council of Australia’s Indigenous Advisory Group and Women on Boards.
Ms Tierney is chairman of CareerTrackers Indigenous Program Limited, a national not for profit purpose driven organisation that supports pre-professional First Nations university students and links them with employers to participate in paid, multi-year internships.
Ms Tierney is on the board of Message Stick Foundation Limited, a not for profit creating purpose-built First Nations’ youth hubs in urban and regional areas of Australia.
Ms Tierney’s executive and senior management experience included being the Chief Operating Officer of ASX 100 company Region Property Group (formerly SCA Property Group) in Australia, General Manager of Business Development and Strategy for the National Australia Bank Global Institutional Bank, Fund Manager of the $3.8b GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund and Head of Property and Asset Management and Executive Leadership Team member for ASX50 company The GPT Group.
Mr Scafetta is a Chartered Accountant who has worked with Peet Limited since 1998.
Mr Scafetta began his career with major accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) after completing a commerce degree in 1993. He held a senior role with the organisation in its Business Services division and advised a range of clients on accounting, taxation and general business matters.
After four years at Coopers & Lybrand, Mr Scafetta joined Peet as Company Accountant and Company Secretary, which also required him to act as Company Secretary for the Company’s various syndicates and subsidiaries. Prior to Peet being listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, Mr Scafetta was appointed Chief Financial Officer and served in that role until February 2005, when he was appointed as Company Secretary of Peet Limited.
Brett Fullarton was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in June 2025. Prior to this, Brett served as Peet Limited’s Chief Financial Officer since 2013.
Brett is a Chartered Accountant with more than 40 years of experience, having commenced his career with KPMG. He became a Partner in 1994 and was Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Audit Division in Perth for 8 years. During his tenure with KPMG, he established and led their property line of business and was the Lead Relationship Partner for most of the Firm’s property clients. Brett also served on the WA Division Council of Property Council for 10 years.
Prior to joining Peet, Brett was Chief Financial Officer of Aspen Group for approximately two years where he was a key contributor in resetting their corporate strategy and leading their debt reduction program.
Brett is currently a Trustee of the Perth Diocese of the Anglican Church. He previously held honorary roles as Commissioner of the Western Australian Football Commission, Chairman of the Hale School Board of Governors and President of the Hale School Foundation.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Dom Scafetta is a Chartered Accountant who has worked with Peet Limited since 1998.

Mark Winkworth was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in June 2025 following the appointment of Brett Fullarton as Peet Limited’s Interim Chief Executive Officer.
A chartered accountant with two decades of experience, Mark has been a key member of Peet’s leadership team since joining the company in 2008 as Group Financial Controller, where he oversaw finance, management accounting, and treasury functions.
In 2013, Mark expanded his responsibilities as General Manager, Finance and Business Improvement, leading the company’s finance, business analysis, administrative, and IT teams, a role he continues to hold alongside his current appointment. His career reflects deep expertise in financial strategy, operational improvement, and governance within the property sector.
Prior to Peet, Mark served as Financial Controller at Becton Property Group in Melbourne, managing the financial operations of 18 investment vehicles with assets exceeding $2 billion and a network of 10,000 investors. He also held senior accounting roles at Glenmont Properties in Western Australia and began his career with leading professional services firms Ernst Young and KPMG, where he gained foundational experience in audit and advisory.
Mark holds tertiary qualifications in Accounting and Commercial Computing and a Master’s Degree in Property.
Peter Dumas joined Peet in February 2008 and as Chief Investment Officer has been responsible for all property acquisitions and divestments for the Group. He led the establishment of Peet’s wholesale and joint venture funds management businesses, working with investment partners such as the Future Fund, Supalai Australia, Tokyo Gas Real Estate, the WA and SA state government development entities, and select high net worth private investors.
Peter was instrumental in Peet’s takeover of Canberra Investment Corporation (CIC Australia) in 2013, facilitating the company’s entry into the ACT and SA markets.
Prior to joining Peet, Peter was based in Sydney, working in the property funds management sector since 1995. He has held senior roles at several prominent Australian property fund managers, including AMP Capital and Multiplex Ltd. His comprehensive expertise spans all major property sectors, and he has served on various joint venture boards, including a four-year directorship at AMP New Zealand Office Limited, which was listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
Peter’s project experience extends internationally, with involvement in property projects across New Zealand, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. He played a pivotal role in the formation of the $1.5 billion Ronin Property Group, which was acquired by Multiplex Ltd in 2004.
Liezl Ullrich joined Peet in 2021 to lead the People and Culture function across the Group.
Liezl has more than 20 years’ international experience in a variety of strategic, generalist and specialist roles across a number of industries including Oil and Gas, Aerospace and Defence and Tourism. Liezl’s experience includes executive leadership, human resource management, organisational development and change management.
Liezl holds a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management.
Melanie Coady is a seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, specialising in brand management, marketing strategy, digital transformation and strategic communications. Since joining Peet in 2012, Melanie has played a pivotal role as Head of Marketing and Communications, where she leads the development and execution of corporate communications, brand initiatives, strategic partnerships and the Group’s digital strategy. Her leadership and industry expertise have been instrumental in driving successful marketing operations and delivering key outcomes across Peet’s diverse project portfolio.
Prior to her tenure at Peet, Melanie held property marketing roles with Satterley Property Group, and specialist marketing agencies, managing strategic marketing campaigns for clients in both the residential and commercial property sectors. Her deep understanding of the property market, combined with her specialist knowledge in digital and strategic communications, has enabled her to consistently deliver impactful brand and marketing solutions.
Melanie holds postgraduate qualifications in Strategic Communications from the University of Western Australia.
Michael McNamara is an accomplished property professional with over three decades of experience leading strategic growth and innovation across Australia’s residential development sector.
Michael commenced at Peet in 2012, and as General Manager, Medium Density, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s expansion into sustainable, high-quality infill housing, delivering affordable, community-focused developments that enhance urban liveability and reduce sprawl.
Before joining Peet, Michael held senior leadership roles at National Lifestyle Villages and Stockland, where he spearheaded sales, marketing, and development strategies that shaped some of Australia’s most successful residential and lifestyle communities. His career reflects a deep commitment to building connected, people-centric places that balance commercial success with social and environmental sustainability.
Michael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Diploma of Property Services, a Company Directors Course qualification (GAICD) from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and additional credentials in property and financial services.
Michael joined Peet in 2013 as General Manager, Development in Queensland, and in 2025 was appointed to the role of Regional General Manager – East, leading operations across Queensland, Victoria and ACT/NSW.
Michael has been instrumental in driving significant growth across the business, including overseeing the commencement of the Flagstone City project and acquisition of strategic assets in South East Queensland.
Michael has more than 25 years’ experience in the property, construction and finance sectors starting his career as a valuer, before moving into a Corporate Real Estate Management role in the electrical industry with Energex. In 2002, Michael joined the National Australia Bank as Regional Manager (Qld) Property Finance. Over five years, he worked in both lending and credit and was involved in the full scope of financing property related transactions across Senior, Junior and Mezzanine lending. Michael moved to Stockland, in 2008, as Regional Manager of its Queensland business for six years responsible for residential communities and apartments.
Michael has a Degree in Property Economics and also studied a postgraduate course in Applied Finance and Investment.
Paul Morgan joined Peet in 2010, bringing over two decades of experience in the WA property industry across the private and public sectors, including seven years at Mirvac. He is highly regarded for his expertise in delivering large-scale masterplanned communities and built-form projects, guiding them from acquisition to completion.
Known for his strategic vision and operational excellence, Paul has played a pivotal role in some of Western Australia’s most successful residential developments, navigating complex regulatory environments and fostering strong relationships with government and industry stakeholders.
As State Manager, Paul leads a large team of operations professionals across Development, Sales, Contracts, Customer Relations and Marketing, overseeing the planning and delivery of Peet’s WA portfolio. His collaborative leadership has cultivated a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional results.

Mark Devine joined Peet in 2019 as State Manager, SA, leading the operational activity across the South Australian portfolio of masterplanned communities and infill urban renewal projects.
Mark has 20 years’ experience in the property development industry working in both public and private sector. He has held senior roles with national development companies managing a property portfolio with an end value of over $1billion.
He has demonstrated expertise on long term and complex property projects with multi-disciplinary teams managing all aspects of the development process including rezoning, remediation, heritage reuse, civil and housing construction, sales, marketing, stakeholder management and community development.
Mark has worked in senior, strategic management roles across some of the state’s largest and most challenging and innovative master planned developments such as Fort Largs, Bowden Urban Village, Tonsley, St Clair and Westwood Urban Renewal.
