Black Swan Lake
This stunning expansive lake is a key feature in Lakelands Estate, being home to a landscaped park, exercise equipment and of course plenty of wildlife and native vegetation. Still to come within this fantastic space is a nature playground, plus BBQ, picnic and toilet facilities.

Lake Park
This stunning natural lake is a favourite amongst the Lakelands community. Lake Park is cemented as a great meeting point and place to visit regularly amongst locals. The landscaped park surrounds and charming lake view make the park a popular destination for wedding ceremonies and community movie nights. The well kept path network also makes this spot ideal for walkers and cyclists alike.

Ladybug Park
Enjoy a fun filled family outing at Ladybug Park, featuring a nature-inspired playground with caterpillar designed play equipment. Find the 1ha park nestled in between Paganoni Lake and Lake Valley Drive, where a fauna crossing is located. Relax under the Jarrah trees for a family picnic, and watch the kids play for hours on the playground equipment.

Paganoni Lake
Paganoni Lake is located north of Black Swan Lake and is an oasis to be enjoyed from afar. As a nature reserve, Paganoni Lake is inaccessible to the public, which means the flora and fauna exists in undisturbed harmony. Enjoy the view from the public open spaces and playground nearby, and embrace lakeside living.

Pocket Parks
Dotted amongst the community are a number of small to medium sized parks, ideal for a quick escape into nature. These parks feature a range of playgrounds, timber viewing decks, grassed kick-about areas and more.

We chose build in Lakelands Estate due to the quality and also quantity of parks in the area that keep the beauty of the natural estate. There are still beautiful big trees throughout the estate that roads and houses have purposely been built around to keep the feel of nature in our area.

We electted to settle in Lakelands due to the central location of the area. It remains close to schools, shopping centre and easy access on to the freeway. We truly love and enjoy our peace of earthly heaven.
