On Sunday, 12 October 2025, 150 Golden Bay children and their families gathered at Shipwreck Cove to enjoy a fun filled morning which involved a box kite-making workshop and an exhilarating kite-flying session.
Attendees were thrilled as they crafted their kites and then watched with joy as their creations soared through the skies. Adding to the excitement, our Kite Kinetics team showcased an incredible assortment of kites, including giant dolphins, whale sharks, and more, all taking flight over Shipwreck Cove, plus the day ended with a delicious sausage sizzle from Port Kennedy Lions Club.
