On Wednesday 14 May 2025, Elavale Estate marked a major project milestone with the official launch of its brand new Display Village, the first of many exciting chapters in the Elavale journey.
In true Elavale style, the project team took a bold and refreshing approach to the launch event, hosting an exclusive twilight event designed to inspire and impress. Guests were encouraged to enjoy a sophisticated evening without their children, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
Attendees explored nine exquisite display homes, each showcasing beautiful craftsmanship from some of WA’s most trusted builders. As they wandered through the exquisitely styled spaces, guests were treated to a curated nine-course degustation dinner, with gourmet tastings served throughout the homes, an elegant fusion of design and dining.
To further inspire future homeowners, the event offered an exclusive $10,000 discount on lots in Elavale Estate, available only to those who attended the launch event. This incentive proved highly successful, generating 15 qualified leads and 2 direct sales on the night.
