We are excited to share with you that construction works have commenced on brand new coastal pathways within Burns Beach Estate.
This vibrant addition to Burns Beach will enhance the community’s premium coastal lifestyle, featuring scenic boardwalks with direct foreshore access from Beachside Drive, alongside picturesque lookouts where you can sit back and take in the stunning views of the Indian Ocean, these coastal pathways are set to open in March 2026*.
As part of Burns Beach Estate’s continued development, we’re happy to share that construction has also commenced on a brand new neighbourhood park and playground. Our new Vadero park, located off Aruba way will have something for the whole family to enjoy.
