On Saturday 22 November, the Brabham community came together for Eco Fest 2025. With the support and enthusiasm of partners, volunteers and local residents, the event attracted approximately 250 attendees.
The day was filled with engaging and interactive activities with the City of Swan hosting a popular clothing swap, Brabham Primary School curating a creative art trail and the Repair Café team impressing attendees by skillfully mending clothes and teddy bears, showcasing the value of reuse and repair.
Families also enjoyed train rides from the Lions Club and Befriend encouraged community connection through a fun and interactive art activity.
Brabham P&C cooked up a storm serving a free sausage sizzle while Brabham Estate treated attendees to complimentary ice creams, adding to the festive atmosphere.
A highlight of the day was the live music performed by the talented students from Joseph Banks College. Acting as buskers, the students filled the event with tunes, creating a lively and welcoming environment for all.
Thank you to everyone who came down and made the event so special! We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
