Upon completion, the Fort Largs address will host up to circa 250 new homes, including premium beachfront properties, custom-designed homes built on land allotments and Torrens titled terraces. All of which will play their role in energising the future of this vibrant and historic neighbourhood for generations to come.

We have a number of residents living at Fort Largs now, with a further 100+ homes under construction. Stages 1-5 are fully complete, with all roads and infrastructure now handed over to Council and relevant authorities. Construction of the sixth and final stage is due for completion in approximately late 2025. Following this, public realm landscaping works are due for completion in approximately late 2026.

Fort Largs masterplan includes a linear reserve offering direct pedestrian links to the beach, the Fort and the existing Roy Marten Reserve. Fundamental to the area’s character and functionality, the design includes individual parks and green spaces, with nearly 300 new trees set to be planted throughout the community.

Located within Fort Largs, The Fort & Eatery serves as a vibrant community hub that includes eateries, artisan markets, and showcases local produce – all on your very own doorstep. Plus, from parks and playgrounds to coastal walking trails, there’s plenty of green space for families to enjoy.
