    7C Project Update

    January 2026 Project Update

    Happy New Year from Bluestone!

    We’re thrilled to kick off 2026 with strong progress on Stage 7C. With our contractor back on board, we start the new year strong with retaining walls nearing completion, with just a month of work remaining, while road construction – started before Christmas – has continued seamlessly into the new year, is now ready for basecourse. CST works will commence mid-January and run through to mid-February, paving the way for kerbing to begin shortly after. By the end of February, kerbs will be complete, allowing individual engineering access to start in early March.
     
    Meanwhile, Frederick Park and surrounding reserves are progressing steadily with larger trees installed and open space prepped and ready for irrigation install. The construction of the pump track is next on the programme to be constructed. Watch this space!

    November 2025 Project Update

    7C Site Works Are Progressing.

    Construction is powering ahead, and the past few months have delivered some fantastic progress on site. As we head into the end of the year, the transformation on site is becoming more visible each week… road box-outs are emerging, and the ongoing installation of retaining walls is defining the streets and future homesites of this growing community.
     
    Retaining wall works will continue into the new year, and we’re looking forward to the commencement of full roadworks as the project moves into the next major phase. It’s an exciting stage of delivery, and we look forward to sharing even more progress as the project continues to evolve.

    October 2025 Project Update

    7C is Reaching Milestones.

    October marked a significant milestone in the construction program, with sewer, stormwater, and common service trench (CST) crossings now in the ground. In addition, topsoiling of all allotments has been completed, preparing the site for the next phase of works.
     
    Looking ahead to November, activity on site will focus on the installation of recycled and potable water, which will continue throughout the month. Retaining wall construction has commenced and will run through to the new year.
     
    Towards the end of November, we anticipate the commencement of road works, marking the next major stage of civil construction.
     
    Meanwhile, works have also begun on Frederick Park and surrounding reserves, with landscaping teams now active on site. Stay tuned for further updates as this exciting community space begins to take shape!

    September 2025 Project Update

    7C is Making Great Progress.

    Stage 7C has kicked off with great progress already evident on site.
     
    Roads are 70% cut in and clearly visible, giving shape to the layout of Stage 7C.

    Sewer works are underway, with trenches being prepared for installation, and retaining wall construction is scheduled to commence within the next fortnight.
     
    At Frederick Park Reserve, Climbing Tree will shortly begin landscaping works to deliver the new nature play space.

    7C is officially underway!

    Work on Stage 7C has finally begun! Bulk earthworks are expected to commence at the start of September, and will soon be a hive of activity.

    The landscaping for Frederick Park Reserve has been awarded to Climbing Tree, who will build the new nature play space. They are expected to be established on site within the next couple of weeks.
