June 2025 Project Update

We are pleased to confirm that practical completion of our construction programme is scheduled for Friday, 4 July 2025.

This week’s focus will be on final tidy-up activities and the completion of line markings, bringing the civil works to a close. Subject to weather and final checks, we expect the roads to open to the public from the weekend commencing Saturday, 5 July 2025.

Looking ahead, landscape works at Frederick Park Reserve are currently in Council running through approvals and hope to see works start up shortly. These landscaping works will mark the final stages of the project, helping to bring together the built environment with green space and deliver a welcoming and functional public area for the community.

May 2025 Project Update

As we near the completion of our construction programme, we’d like to provide an update on Stage 7B.

There has been a slight delay in road construction due to a change in the asphalt contractor. The originally engaged contractor ceased trading unexpectedly, and a new contractor had to be sourced at short notice. Asphalt works have now commenced however recent wet weather has temporarily impacted progress. Approximately two days of roadworks remain, and we now anticipate completion by early June, weather permitting.

Retaining walls and topsoil are ongoing and footpath installation is nearing completion. Based on current progress and subject to weather, we expect the roads to open to the public by the end of June.

Frederick Park Reserve Landscape works are scheduled to begin as soon as conditions allow, and we look forward to getting underway shortly.

Our next update will follow in June to notify of completion.
