We’re excited to announce that the brand-new resident facility at Little Eagle is almost ready. It’s a beautifully landscaped oasis designed exclusively for resident entertaining, and family fun.
The centrepiece is a resort-style pool, complete with four premium sun loungers and side tables, plus an outdoor couch and coffee table that’s perfect for relaxing by the pool. We’ve installed two premium BBQs and a pair of four-seater dining tables. These sit under a custom shelter supported by reclaimed timber posts from the site’s original WWII warehouse, adding local history to the communal space.
For your peace of mind, the whole precinct is securely enclosed, with access limited to residents.
Designed for convenience and low maintenance, the space caters beautifully to both active play and easy hosting. There’s a generous lawn for the kids to run around, and a dedicated change room inside the pool enclosure, complete with a shower and ambulant toilet, so you can dry off before heading home.
If you’re riding down from your townhouse, you’ll find handy bike parking at the entrance.
