Beachside Park
This park provides a magnificent focal point for the estate, located right on the ocean’s edge, with direct beach access and featuring stunning ocean views. It features barbeque equipment for family picnics, a playground for the kids to enjoy, and plenty of grassed areas to relax on. Beachside Park is popular with young mums and athletes, taking part in yoga and fitness classes.
McIntyre Park
The pirate-themed McIntyre Park is sure to be a hit with the kids, featuring state-of-the-art play equipment. Ample recreational lawn areas are also available to relax on, while the kids run off some steam.
Toowoon Park

Community Grants
The Burns Beach Community Grants Program provides eligible local community groups and clubs with the funding to support their projects, activities and events, or seek assistance in purchasing essential equipment.
It’s all part of our commitment to creating connected, liveable places built for today and future-proofed for tomorrow.
To enable approved grant funding to be provided in a timely manner, please submit an application at least two months prior to your project, activity or event being scheduled or in advance of when the equipment is required.
