Fort Largs is proud to support our wider LeFevre Peninsula neighbourhood by helping our local community groups.

Pictured are the Ethelton Entertainers Inc., who were awarded the $3,000 Achieve Grant from the Fort Largs Community Grants program! We’re thrilled to support this amazing community volunteer theatre group and their commitment to giving back.

Did you know they donate proceeds from their annual shows to Camp Quality? Their dedication to our local community is truly inspiring, and we hope this grant helps them continue their fantastic work.

Project Update December 2023

We are pleased to advise the latest development milestones at Fort Largs. 

With the restoration of the Fort well underway, this historic landmark is anticipated to open its gates to the public in 2024 for the first time in history.

Key milestones for the community include the final civil stage due for completion in January 2024 and landscaping works commencing in the new year.

We are pleased to announce that a brand new round of our Community Grants Program has just opened! This includes the Achieve Grant $3,000, Accelerate Grant $2,000 and Advance Grant $1,000!

Fort Largs believes in building a local thriving community along the LeFevre Peninsula. Our Community Grants Program provides funding to local groups who are making a difference and need some further encouragement.

The Fort to Fort Remembrance Walk

Fort Largs is proud to sponsor this year's Fort to Fort Walk. Raising funds to support veterans, both past and present. Held on the first Sunday in November, The Fort to Fort Remembrance Walk is back again to raise awareness and remind people of the importance of Remembrance Day.

The walk is open to all ages, and dogs are more than welcome too. Starting from the carpark in front of Fort Largs, the leisurely walk takes us along the esplanade to Fort Glanville and back again.
