Bluestone Frederick Park Development Update
February 2024
With work well underway, the first release stage in our Frederick Park precinct in Bluestone, Mt Barker is making great progress.
Bulk earthworks are nearing completion with most of the blocks now cut. The main services are being laid with the sewer install progressing rapidly. Hassett St and Montgomery Drv are complete.
Stormwater works will begin soon and retaining walls are currently in progress. We are anticipating a March install for kerbs, and from there, the stage will truly be taking shape!
