About the Program
The 500 Women in Property initiative, established by the Property Council’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committees, aims to accelerate more women into leadership positions within the property industry. Since its inception in 2016, the program has supported over 3,600 women across Australia.
Participants are matched with sponsors—senior industry professionals committed to advocating for their nominees, expanding their networks, and supporting their career growth. The program includes structured development opportunities such as masterclasses, networking events, and the innovative “Coffee Roulette” initiative, which fosters connections across the industry.
