"We met a lovely couple that live near us that invited us over for tea and give us some gardening tips.
And, there's another family with kids just around the corner, you always see them riding their bikes around the street.
That's what we've really noticed since we've been here - it's such a community."
Yanchep Beach Primary School
Yanchep Beach Primary School is located just up the road, and offers children carefully chosen and constructed educational programs, both during and after school hours.
Here at Yanchep Golf Estate, we've got a spectacular, unique neighbour - Yanchep National Park!

"Yanchep has a dynamic local community in terms of environmentalism and sustainability so I'm really pleased we've moved here.
A friend of mine is trying to get me to join the local bowling club, and who knows, I might give golf another try now it's on my doorstep."
