First homebuyers Erin Cobban and her fiancé Satria Leech were glad they bought quickly when the land was released at The Avenue. 

“We’re lucky we did – there were other people wanting to buy the same lot,” said Erin.

The couple – who became teenage sweethearts after meeting when they both worked at a local cinema back in 2008 – love the location and lifestyle offered by The Avenue. 

“The easy access to Tonkin Highway was one of the reasons we chose to buy in The Avenue."

“Once our home is built we will still have about nine metres of backyard, and Satria’s dream is to use the space as an outdoor cinema! It will be lovely to be able to have friends over to watch movies out under the stars, we can’t wait,” said Erin.
