Our new park has arrived!

The Avenue's 1.3 hectare Traffic Park and Playground is now open, following consultation sessions with the local community about its design.

Traffic Park and Playground features a transport theme (which will be carried throughout future parks within the estate), a custom bike track with road rules, a bus play structure, equipment for younger kids, a multi-sports floor, BBQ and picnic facilities, and much MORE!

You can find it along Lexington Avenue, located off of Rowley Road.

Fire Station Park

Located at the entry of our community, Fire Station Park continues on our Transport and City playground theme complete with swing, monkey bars, nature play logs and a bright red fire truck!

The bike paths featuring road rules wrap around the park as well, connecting with our feature Traffic Park in the centre of the estate.

The Avenue Hilbert Park Forrestdale Little Athletics

The Forrestdale Little Athletics

Forrestdale Little Athletics is a non-for-profit sporting club that is part of Little Athletics WA, drawing members from Forrestdale, Kelmscott and Armadale areas.

It trains twice a week at Forrestdale Primary School and competes every Saturday against more than 200 other participants from nearby Little Athletics clubs. The upcoming season starts in September and will run through the summer until March the following year.

The Avenue and neighbouring estate Hilbert Park, were proud sponsors of Forrestdale Little Athletics in 2018-2019.

Located in the heart of Armadale, Memorial Park is home to a train-themed park which is sure to be a hit with the kids!
