The Avenue's 1.3 hectare Traffic Park and Playground has been carefully designed to cater to a range of age groups and abilities, following community consultation sessions about its design.
Our brand new park features:
A transport theme, which will be carried throughout future parks within the estate
A custom bike track to navigate through, including road rules
A bus play structure
Equipment perfect for younger kids, including a rotating cable car and a cubby house
An urban multi-sports floor, including a combined soccer and basketball sports wall
BBQ and picnic facilities
And much MORE!
The bike paths within our new park will eventually connect to all other future parks within the estate, providing the community with a village of play equipment.
