Invita Apartments up for national housing affordability award

Invita Apartments (Stage 3A) have been named as a finalist in the Best Affordable Housing Development category of the Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards.

Round up your family and friends - The Well family tavern is on it's way! Located at the top of The Strand next to Wellard Train Station, The Well is set to be a fantastic spot to enjoy great food, drinks and good times.
 
Construction is well underway and it's set to open soon.

The second Residents Long Table Dinner on 29th March was a huge success - and was even bigger than the inaugural dinner, with three more tables and 18 more seats!
 
Six delicious courses were served from the Wellard Square eateries, and great memories were made under the strings of lights.

Neighbour Day 2018 at The Village

Neighbour Day is Australia's annual celebration of community - encouraging people to connect with those who live in their neighbourhood. The Village Residents Association have teamed up with the City of Kwinana to bring a celebration to The Village community, on Sunday 25th March!
 
From 9am - 12pm, come down to Pimlico Gardens for a bite to eat, live music and entertainment, and a chance to mingle with your neighbours.

The Wellard Super Crit bike race was a great success

The Wellard Super Crit bike race drew thousands to Wellard Square on Sunday 18th February! The WestCycle event saw 180 riders zoom around the Village Centre, whilst spectators enjoyed the pop-up bar and unique activities.

The 2018 SuperCrit series is coming to The Village! Riding rings around Wellard Square, novice and elite riders will compete in a thrilling race doing 900m laps around the Square. Head down to spectate this exciting event from 12pm on Sunday 18th February! Wellard Square businesses are also offering delicious food and beverages from street stalls throughout the afternoon.
