Build a brand new home and save up to $55,000* towards your new home!

On the weekend, the WA Premier, Mark McGowan announced a further $20,000 Building Bonus between June 4 2020 and Dec 31 2020 to build a home. As it is not means tested and has no cap on the property value, any homebuyer who wishes to build a new home will be able to receive this grant!

This is ON TOP of the $25,000* federal HomeBuilder grant that was announced June 4 2020 as well as the $10,000* First Home Owners Grant! This means eligible West Australians could receive up to $55,000* in bonuses to put towards building a brand new home of their own.
