By joining the community at Avon Ridge, you're entering into an estate with a variety of residents who love space and the beauty of the natural outdoors.
Find out below why some of our current residents have already made the move and decided to call Avon Ridge home.
The Wastle Family
A love of the outdoors coupled with a desire for space, led Michael and Grace Wastle to Avon Ridge, where they found the perfect spot for their dream home among the rolling hills of Brigadoon.
"As well as how big the land was, the location was perfect for us too. I'm a mechanic in Midland, which is not too far away. Grace works in Gosnells, but she doesn't mind the drive at all, and after living in Caversham, we feel like we know this area really well already," Mr. Wastle said.
"Our five-year-old German Shepard Loki will also love the space of the block that he'll get to enjoy - it's really just a win-win for us all."
Matt and Nina Hughes
It’s a long way from the United Kingdom where Mathew and Nina met, and a real change from the lifestyle they’ve had in their first five years in Western Australia – and they couldn’t be happier.
Justin and Tash Fusco describe themselves as country folk at heart – and, at Avon Ridge, they’ve found their perfect retreat. “We’re looking for a better style of living. We’ll have room to move and fruit trees to grow. We’ll get a dog for the kids, some chooks, I can’t wait,” Justin enthused.
When 28-year-olds Laura Mellon and her husband Roy were still just high school sweethearts, they couldn’t have imagined the adventurous turn their lives would take! The first part of their adventure started when Laura followed Roy to Townsville in north Queensland, where he launched an army career straight after high school at just 17. Now they’re writing the latest chapter of their joint adventure on a new 1.5 hectare homesite at Avon Ridge in Brigadoon.
"The views at Avon Ridge are amazing and there's so much space. It would be a beautiful place to raise kids."
Ian and Catherine Milliner
Ian and Catherine Milliner cannot wait to move into their striking architecturally designed house at Peet Limited’s Avon Ridge. And with 3.75 hectares (approximately 36,420 square metres) of land to play with, they certainly aren’t cramped for space.
