This National Park covers 1,800 hectares of the Darling Range and is nestled behind the Darling Scarp. It is spread over a steeply sided valley. The park is known for sensational wildflowers in winter and spring, an abundance of native animals and a stunning view of the valley. Enjoy plenty of parking at the main picnic sites and gas barbecues, which may be used free of charge.
Whiteman Park is a 4,000-hectare bushland area, located 22 km north of Perth. Here you can reconnect with nature as you visit native flora and fauna attractions, enjoy the Revolutions Transport Museum or take advantage of the dog park, cafe, barbecues, bush walking trails, playground, sporting facilities and more.
