Peet Limited is the company behind the vision for Jumping Creek. Peet is a publicly listed company established in Western Australia in 1895, and today operates in seven states and territories across the country. Peet is Australia’s largest specialist residential land developer, creating quality residential communities across Australia for more than 125 years.

Peet has been working in the region since the early 1990’s. Their projects in the ACT region have included Jerrabomberra, Forde, Crace, Weetalabah, Little Burra, and Burrabella, as well as the township of Googong.

Ian McNamee & Partners

Ian McNamee & Partners is a local Queanbeyan real estate business who have been operating in the ACT and NSW region since 1975. Ian McNamee himself identified the Jumping Creek site as early as 1990, and put the opportunity to Peet. Ian McNamee & Partners are proud to deliver real estate consultancy services to Jumping Creek.
