How to buy at Googong
We know there’s a lot to consider when you’re looking to purchase a block of land. That’s why our friendly sales team are on hand here from 7 days to answer any questions you may have as you set out on your journey to start a life at Googong.
A solid first step is to visit us at our Sales Office – it’s open 10am-4pm daily and till 5pm Saturday to Wednesday (except some public holidays). Inside you’ll find a scale model of the whole township that will give you a clear picture of what is on offer now, and what is planned for the future. Our sales team are always happy to sit down with you over a coffee to take you through everything – the buying process, which lots are available and, importantly, when they’ll be available.
We can even introduce you to our builders and help you shortlist the most appropriate builder to suit your needs, and we have a suite of their house and land packages available for your consideration.
Our 19-home display village is open on Courtney Street Googong and is the largest display village in the region. It's a wonderful source of ideas and inspiration for anyone thinking of building a new home.
